1. 7-Day Return Window
Standard sized ready-to-wear items and jewelry can be returned within 7 days of package delivery. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tag labels in brand new condition.
2. Made-To-Measure Exclusions
Custom stitched garments that were tailored based on custom body measurements profiles (Bust, Waist, etc.) are **not eligible for returns or refunds**, as they are customized for a single customer. If there is a sizing/fit discrepancy, our tailors offer free sizing alterations; please contact customer support.
3. Step-by-Step Return Process
- Log in to your My Account page.
- Go to Order History, select the order, and click "Initiate Return".
- Select the reason, pack the item carefully, and print the generated return label.
- A courier partner will pick up the package within 48 hours.
4. Refund Issuance
Once the package is received and inspected at our Chennai warehouse, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days directly to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, or Paytm), or credited instantly to your Cbazaar Wallet as store credit.
